Who am I?

Hi, I am Sage M. Park and I am an American Board Certified Behavior Analyst living and working in the Kingdom Of Saudi Arabia. I hold a medical license in the state of Virginia, USA and I am an experienced trainer and executive coach. I pride myself on developing real, resourceful, and resilient leaders who achieve results.

Whether the need is stronger leadership presence, increased conflict management skills, higher emotional intelligence, more persuasive influence, or higher performing teams, my approach focuses on creating an engaging experience that makes learning both enjoyable and directly relevant to each participant. My experience, skill, and knowledge of human behavior in strategic contexts produce pragmatic and aligned change strategies. Fundamentally, my training techniques do more than simply deliver content, I make the content relevant to my participants, based on their current level of responsibility and prior learning history. I work to provide real-life examples, give actionable ideas, and have fun doing it!

Since 2014, I have been providing executive, leadership, and individual and team coaching. Colleagues describe me as an intuitive, intelligent, focused, and engaging coach who is candid and sincere with my feedback. My expertise is in the areas of organizational development, team building, and increased productivity. As a sought-after subject matter expert on Middle Eastern organizational behavior management and employee engagement, my work has supported several talent and management initiatives for companies such as Saudi Electric Company, Almarai, Najm Insurance, and Unilever.

Among my professional roles are Founder/CEO of Milestones, Inc., a leadership development, organizational consulting, and coaching business, professor for students in the Behavior Analysis Master’s degree program at Arizona State University and I serve as an active member of the Board of Directors of the American Chamber of Commerce Saudi Arabia. I am also an authorized Blanchard Channel Partner and regularly organize and facilitate training using Blanchard's research-backed leadership development solutions.

Throughout my career, I have written and delivered training for large organizations such as the Prince Nasser Bin Abdulaziz Center for Autism in Riyadh and the American International School in Jeddah. I have also designed and helped implement organizational development plans for smaller entities. In addition to designing and delivering custom training, I work as a facilitator of corporate training for both Blanchard and Crestcom, international leadership development companies based in the United States. My work helps individuals clarify their values, resolve career stressors, and align personal priorities with professional pursuits.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from the University of Connecticut, a Master of Science degree in Education from Fairfield University, and a Post-Masters Certificate in Organizational Behavior Management from the Florida Institute of Technology.

Equally as important as all of the above, I am an avid scuba diver, kite surfer, golfer, and traveler.
